Vision Shaper Consulting, LLC., exists to significantly impact communities by enhancing the Leadership and Problem Solving capacity of individuals and organizations. We increase profits and dramatically improve efficiencies via our proven processes and methodologies. We listen, advise, then properly channel and focus on the relevant drivers of success, ultimately propelling the individual/organization towards a clear, concise and achievable objective.
Dale has been passionate about Football, math, science and entrepreneurship since youth and studied Engineering Science & Mechanics, as well as Applied Biology at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has launched multiple enterprises and ascended to management in diverse industries such as entertainment, education and telecommunications.
As a business consultant, he has worked with many artists and labels to build and expand their brand, while also assisting traditional businesses in issues ranging from Marketing, Sales, Strategy, start-up, new product launch and beyond. He received an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Clayton State University, and is currently the owner of Advanced Proficient Learning and it's associated sister organizations. He is a lifetime member of the International Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. His speaking engagements have impacted audiences across the South East and include multiple radio stations, panels, churches, Colleges, civic groups, Elementary, Middle and Secondary schools.

Having played football from age 8 through college, he still loves the game. He’s coached all levels from youth football to semi-professional, including a stint as a Head Football Coach at a large Georgia high school. His hobbies include teaching his wife and kids the weaknesses of a 4-3 cover 2 defense and to flawlessly execute the Gun Triple Option with RPO’s.
